Beautiful Frame.

Ordered a photo frame for my son's engagement present. The frame is absolutely beautiful,even nicer in real life, and the photo looked gorgeous in it. Both he and his fiancée were delighted with it. So easy to order, company is great to communicate with and delivery was as stated. No complaints whatsoever, and would highly recommend.

My experience with them was great! I purchased an item for my wife, but I did not want it to be delivered to our house so I gave a post office address. They immediately contacted me to check if I gave them a correct one. Then they contacted Royal mail to check if they can do delivery there. Unfortunately, Royal mail did not deliver it, however, I contacted them and they provided a great support through the whole process. Very useful and fast responses from their side! I really cannot complain about anything! In the end when I received the item it was great! Maybe not the best quaility one but have in mind that it was not expensive at all, it is worth the money.

I have used Etsy before ; I wanted something in particular to replace an outdated product I had before from elsewhere i.e a water bottle ; the Etsy product fitted this perfectly and with Leeds United in mind - then job done

Ordered a personalised mug which…

Ordered a personalised mug which arrived quickly but was broken. I emailed the company and got an immediate reply to apologise and offer a refund or replacement, another mug was sent and again arrived quickly. The mug was great and the recipient loved it !

Great quality mug, great finish and clarity. Well packaged for transportation too. Had a slight problem with our order but great communication from seller meant we were happy customers. We bought as a gift for footie fan and he'll love it. Only the number on the PERSONALISED jersey can be changed, so beware having 2 numbers the same on different jerseys on the same mug. If not sure, ask the seller, very quick response. Would definitely recommend. Many thanks.

I have never dealt with a company that responds so quickly and is so professional and prompt. I purchased a monogrammed Crystal Palace throw for Christmas for my grandson. A shipping glitch developed and MIYW took care of it immediately. My grandson loves his throw and I would certainly deal with MIYW again. I would give them 10 stars.

Good wall hanging!

I was disappointed with the quality of this towel. It was very thin & not really fit for purpose as a towel. Luckily they person I was gifting it to was happy to use it as a wall hanging, which it will make a very good wall hanging. The customer service with this company was quick on responding, & very keen to get the issue sorted in whatever way they can. In my case, this was with a refund for the item, & this is why my review has changed to 4 stars. Good customer service that care what customers think of their items.

Product was exactly what we wanted and good quality. There was a slight problem with the order initially but Karen was fantastically efficient in sorting it out and getting it exactly how we wanted it in time for Xmas. Great and responsive customer service. Definitely recommend this company.

Easy ordering process and my parcel was dispatched the following day.Fantastic customer service; extremely quick response to an issue where I had been given the wrong tracking number, but my order was already on its way, so actually there was no issue, but I was quickly given the correct tracking details. Product is of very good quality,(a fleece throw) personalised details as requested,it is soft and is the size advertised.I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them!

Ordered a custom QPR supporters blanket and mug. Shipping was surprisingly fast since it was coming from the UK. The mug was packaged excellently and had 0 damage or cracks.
