How long does it take to dispatch?
This depends on the item and shipping service you choose. If you click on the ‘Shipping’ tab on the product of your choice you can see the lead times depending on the shipping choice. Lead times displayed next to the images the product are the ‘range’ of times to dispatch your product.
How long does it take to deliver?
This again depends on the item and shipping service you choose. Please check the ‘shipping’ tab on the product of your choice for more information on the service options for that product.
We do our utmost to dispatch and deliver your product as soon as possible.
Is there a Gift Wrapping service?
At the moment we don’t offer a gift wrapping service, although we can deliver your gift direct to that special person!
My order was split into 'packages'
Due to the volume of products we offer, we have different warehouses. As such if you are ordering multiple items it may be split into different packages.
