- Name for cufflink 2 ( i.e Greg ): required; up to 15 characters.
- Date for cufflink 2 ( i.e 29.07.17 ): required; up to 10 characters.
- Initials for both cufflinks ( i.e A & K ): required; up to 5 characters.
