Create Lasting Memories with Our Personalised Flower of the Month Hanging Slate Plaque

Add a touch of personal charm to your home or garden. This delightful slate sign can be customised with a special message line at the top and up to six flowers below, each adorned with a corresponding name. The first two flowers and names are required, while the remaining are optional - simply leave the field blank if not needed.

Note, the message line is case sensitive and will appear exactly as you enter it. Please avoid using all uppercase text for this section to maintain legibility. All other personalisations will automatically appear in fixed UPPERCASE.
Whether it’s a heartfelt gift from grandchildren to Granny or a special birthday surprise for Mum, this plaque is certain to be cherished forever!
The plaque features natural, rustic string for easy hanging, adding a masterful rustic touch to any space.

Due to the handmade cuts and intrinsic qualities of slate, each piece boasts unique differences in texture, cut variations, and smoothness. This may result in natural flaws like surface blemishes or uneven edges, adding more character to your bespoke item.
