• Line 1 is case sensitive and will appear as entered.
• Line 2 will automatically appear in UPPERCASE.
• You can then add a message to the reverse of the mug over 4 lines up to 30 characters per line.
• The personalisation on the reverse is case sensitive and will appear as entered.
• The mugs are ceramic.
