I shouldn\’t have had to chase whether my package had been delivered or not. I had to contact customer service more than once and that is not great customer service. As a customer, I should be kept in the loop regarding the tracking of my package/parcel, but there was none of that in this case. Amazon and Royal Mail do this particular thing really well, never leaving the customer in doubt regarding the whereabouts of one’s delivery. However, I will use them again and give them a second chance to redeem themselves.
